2. User eligibility

All illegal activities such as commercial theft, device attacks, data theft, and illegal dissemination are prohibited by using this application.
4. Intellectual Property Protection

The application‘s code, interface design, branding, and functional architecture are all protected by the International Intellectual Property Convention and belong to the application operators.

No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, modify, commercialize, or distribute this App and related resources without official written authorization.

Intellectual property and ownership of all local video files and custom named content on user devices are all owned by the user himself.

Operators do not actively read, upload, back up, or disclose any local video and audio files and personal use content of users.
5. Service Updates and Maintenance

Operators reserve the right to optimize, upgrade, and adjust application features and interfaces at any time to continuously improve the product usage experience.

All feature updates will be announced through in-app announcements or version update instructions, and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Operators are not liable for losses due to temporary service interruptions due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, and equipment compatibility failures.
